What an awesome experience! From the consultation all the way through the installation this was error free and very customer friendly. My installer Cameron was fantastic. Luke introduced himself professionally. I gave him a description of the garage door noise symptoms. He quickly diagnosed the root cause and lubricated the springs and rollers. Moreover, he demonstrated the location of all the lubrication points. He performed a safety test of the emergency reversal in the event of a child or obstacle was present. Predatory service technician, Devon, took advantage of my family while I was away. He charged my wife over $2000 for 2h of labor, new springs, rollers, cables, rollers, and (unnecessary) torsion rod for a two car garage door repair. How? By charging a "torsion rebuild package" with a flat price of $1999 on top of the service call charge. Well over 2x what any scrupulous company would have charged for the parts and labor. This company is waiting to take advantage of you.
