It has been an overall positive experience with Precision Door, but it disheartening to learn that you will no longer honor the lifetime warranty. Was truly impressed with the service I received from Precision Garage door Service. Called in the afternoon and had an appointment scheduled for the same afternoon. Technician actually arrived well ahead of schedule. Diagnosed the problem and presented the options to me. Service was exceptional & price I thought was reasonable. Technician setup the system and thoroughly explained everything. What was even more impressive is that the system displayed an error code - did not affect the operation. Instead of just saying don't worry about it and disappearing, when the technician worked with the manufacturer on the problem, following up with me daily on what was going on. Never felt out of the loop or abandoned. Problem is now solved.

The spring on our garage broke and I could not get it open. I called Precision and a technican, Devon, was there the same day. I first compared prices from Precision Garage door with that of another. Their price was cheaper and so I selected them for no other reason. Now, having hired them and door installed I am so happy! With the initial consultation, I was really pleased with the professionalism. Also, upon seeing my makeshift "headprotection" set on the garage overrail, it was asked if I wanted the rails raised. Something I didn't know was possible to do and very happy it was suggested! The team that came to insult the door, was also very courteous, efficient and professional. It all works and looks great. I just love my new door.

I've used precision a couple of times now and will continue to. Recently, they sent Michael on a late Friday afternoon to replace a broken spring and he did a great job. He explained the options, told me what I could expect and once we agreed on the job he went straight to work. He worked efficiently and the work he did was top notch. Additionally, the cost of the repair was inline with what I expected and it came with a 7 year warranty.
