Been dealing with a wonky garage door for a few weeks. Finally but the bullet and looked up some repair folks online. Found precision had great reviews so gave them a ring. Called at 6PM and got a live person on the phone who scheduled a tech for the next day with a window of 4-8PM. 4PM rolls around and I get a text from the tech letting me know they’ll arrive at 5PM. They arrived promptly at 5PM. Scotty and Richard were very professional and polite. Quickly identified the problem and provided a fair quote to fix the issue and improve the overall performance. Took 20-30 mins to fix and they were on their way but not before they provided some great tips to keep the door in shape for years to come. Excellent work. Love the use of technology to provide great customer service. Highly recommend!

You guys are on point! Our door broke last night. Your service tech came first thing this morning (Scotty Johnson). He gave us a quick quote to fix it (good, better, best) and an estimate on a new door. Very professional, not pushy, just informed us of all our options. We chose a new door. . and I'm so glad we did! Your install tech (Luke Fisher) was at our house by 12:30 pm the same day!! Wow! Luke gave me a run down of how long it would take to install and got right to work. He was done in the time he quoted. He went over proper door maintenance and assured me, if we had any issues you would be right out to address them. Both Scotty and Luke are a credit to your company's professionalism and pride in your product and service. Your service is over and above all my expectations. I still can't believe in less than 24 hours, I have a brand new beautiful insulated garage door. Thank you! I can't say enough.

We found Precision Garage Door through Home Advisor and we were able to get an appointment the next day. Greg was outstanding with the work he did at our home! Greg installed new controllers, refreshed the tracks and installed new sensors. Greg was so very polite and detail-oriented. He made sure we knew how everything worked, such as the codes. We would definitely recommend using Precision Garage Door!

We have used Precision for years and had to call them again last Friday. They were able to get us on the schedule for Saturday which was a huge help. Unfortunately they no longer service Overhead Door openers so they were not able to fix the problem. Only took off the 1 star because they likely had our records on file and knew what kind of opener we had. It would have saved the tech, John who was awesome, a trip and us $75 with no repair. I would recommend them if you have a "recent" opener that they still service.
