My technician was John Patton and he was phenomenal! My garage door is horrendous and John went over it with a fine tooth comb and showed me the damage and stressed the importance of safety with regard to repairing/replacing the door. He corrected some things that will keep me going until I can replace the door and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage service. I was able to schedule an appointment last minute (next day) online, which was great! The tech, Evan Kopel arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through several options to replace my garage motor and rollers/hinges. We even discussed payment options without being pushy. At 0600 on Friday approximately my garage door became off track. I had just pulled out of the , igarage enroute to work. I had to leave the garage open. Not knowing and garage service I Google search and Precision appeared. An appointment was made for later that day, Chris a service tech called enroute to the house at approximately 1330 hrs. His professionalism in completing the repair solved the problem in less than two hours after I gave him permission based upon the options he gave [there was three to choose from.] Based upon my experience I would recommend Precision to anyone who asked for a recommendation.
