These guys were great. I was in a little sticker shock at first but once I was explained what I originally had and what I needed I totally understood. Love the warranty too. Tim was very knowledgeable and quick to knock it out . Answered any question I had.

I cannot say enough about the technician, Richard, who came to service my garage door today. He came the same day I called and provided great service. He had everything he needed in the truck to get the job completed while he was here. He explained all of the options available for the repair and also explained some things that may need to be addressed in the future with the garage door itself. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him and Precision Door for any garage door services you may need.
