We returned home to find our garage door not working! We were locked out of our own home. After considerable effort, my wife got under the garage door and opened the front door. We called Precision the next day! Scotty Johnson called half an hour before arriving. He assessed our situation, explained what could be done, and prepared estimates for the work. Once we approved the estimate, Scotty began work and completed it in a timely manner! He explained what we needed to do to keep our Garage Door operating correctly! We are so grateful that he explained everything to us, was proficient in installing the new parts, and left us with a garage door that works smoothly and quietly! Thanks Scotty and thanks Precision! We were very impressed with the customer service. Evan Kopel arrived the day after our call. He is very impressive, personable & knowledgeable. We had expected we would need a new garage door since the door was installed when the house was built in 2000. Evan inspected the door/mechanism and offered us 3 choices to repair the door. He did the work we approved, quickly & efficiently. The door now operates like a new door, no more clunking! Thanks to Evan and the folks at Precision for their prompt and efficient service. I noticed the door would not close the night before. I called to see when someone could look at it. I was on the schedule for the next morning. Richard was out at the house early the next day; diagnosed the problem; and went to work on the issue. He rebuilt the opener. John P. came out to look at our door following a lightning strike that had caused electrical damage in the house. He was prompt, thorough, and professional during the entire project. He listened to what was happening, trouble shot to see if anything could be done as a quick fix, and provided three options for how to move forward. He was able to fix my door on the same day, and it was a very hot day to be in someone's garage for more than four hours setting up a new system. Once the system was installed he walked me through set-up and showed me how everything worked. And he provided documentation so I could file everything with insurance. It was a pleasure having John on-site with us and I wouldn't hesitate to call him or Precision again in the future.

These guys were great! They quickly and expertly analyzed the problems with our garage door. They set up the complete order on day one including priority fabrication of the required springs. Their install technician arrived on day two and completed the replacement of damaged or worn parts and performed detailed maintenance of the whole system. They also provided an explanation of the entire process as well as recommendations for maintaining the garage door through the future.

Our technician, John Patton was very knowledgeable, and polite. He provided three options for our repair and performed the repairs we choose. The broken torsion spring was replaced with the two new spring s. The door was tuned up and new rollers installed. The door is very quiet and works perfect.
