After seeing your TV ad, I immediately called Precision. A technician showed up the same day! When Scotty Johnson arrived, i explained the problem. He offered three or four options. Since I didn’t want a “bandaid,” I choose option #2. While it seemed pricey at first, I came to realize quality work comes at a price. Scotty got the job done and answered all my questions. Excellent service and response. Technician arrived right on time and 2 hours after we called on a Saturday afternoon Evan presented and explained three options on quote. He then installed new springs and all moving components, bearings, rollers etc. Very satisfied with response and work completed.

I had called another company earlier when my garage door would not open. They said they would have to call back to set up an appt. I then called Precision and an appt was set up, a serviceman ( Greg) was at my house within an hour, my garage door opener was fixed in 45 minutes. The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable . I would recommend Precision and use them again.

Installer arrived early and completed the job in the time he said he would. So far, everything works great. Daniel did a good job replacing trim and cleaning up. No surprises with the bill, everything was as it was quoted.

Our garage door opener broke (aluminum tore at the end of the track) and was immobilized. We called after hours on Monday night and explained the situation and that we wanted to repair and if necessary, replace everything worn out (all but the door itself) due to the age. Brandon came out Tuesday morning and performed an assessment and provided all options, from minimal repair to make it operational, to replacing all worn components - except the door itself. We wanted to have another 9 years of problem free usage, so we opted for replacing all worn parts including the opener. With the supply chain problems everywhere, I'd figured we'd be waiting a week at least to get all the parts needed, but I was ecstatic to hear Brandon say he made sure he loaded the truck up in the morning and already had all the new parts needed already in the truck! He worked quickly and efficiently installing the parts including a new opener, springs, and a more solid track for our heavy 20 foot door. He made sure we programmed the outside keypad and made sure we were happy with all the work he'd done. Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole visit including, explaining the new opener features and functionality. We would definitely call Brandon and Precision again if we ever have any garage door issues! Thanks Brandon!

I was very pleased with my service and the technician’s openness and honesty. Showed me, and explained in detail what needed to be done. We recently had our garage springs on both sides break. We surveyed the community and Precision Garage Service was recommended. We called at 830 this morning and we had a technician scheduled between 12 and 4, our tech Justin called at 1158 and was at our home in the next 40 mins. He explained in detail what was needed and recommended a total package with a 7yr warranty included which will save money in the long term. He was efficient and very friendly. Our new garage door sounds quiet like an elevator. I will continue to recommend their business for certain.
