Evan was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. While their price was slightly higher than another quote I received, it included a couple more things that I needed. I replaced a 26 year old chain drive opener with a belt drive and the noise reduction is night and day - It's almost silent! I had Precision over a couple years ago to replace my door springs and bearings, and I trust them to do things correctly the first time.

We were very impressed with the customer service. Evan Kopel arrived the day after our call. He is very impressive, personable & knowledgeable. We had expected we would need a new garage door since the door was installed when the house was built in 2000. Evan inspected the door/mechanism and offered us 3 choices to repair the door. I noticed the door would not close the night before. I called to see when someone could look at it. I was on the schedule for the next morning. Richard was out at the house early the next day; diagnosed the problem; and went to work on the issue. He rebuilt the opener. These guys were great! They quickly and expertly analyzed the problems with our garage door. They set up the complete order on day one including priority fabrication of the required springs. Their install technician arrived on day two and completed the replacement of damaged or worn parts and performed detailed maintenance of the whole system. They also provided an explanation of the entire process as well as recommendations for maintaining the garage door through the future.

Michael Ottosen was assigned to repair my broken spring and various other issues. He was very polite and professional. I was a service Manager for 25 years with a IT company and i only wish that I had this kind of talent and courtesy working for me. He as friendly and took charge of fixing the broken spring as well as the shaft bearing. He also replace the door bottom weather strip. While the price was higher than I had anticipated, all in all, I am satisfied that I now have a very dependable and quite garage door again.

Torsion spring on 13-yr old double door broke 6:30 pm. Called 24/7 phone number and scheduled repair for next morning. They arrived at 8:30 am as scheduled and replaced 2 springs and serviced other things. Price seemed a bit high but they explained it well before doing work.
