Evan was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. While their price was slightly higher than another quote I received, it included a couple more things that I needed. I replaced a 26 year old chain drive opener with a belt drive and the noise reduction is night and day - It's almost silent! I had Precision over a couple years ago to replace my door springs and bearings, and I trust them to do things correctly the first time.

First time I used Precision and I would not hesitate to use them again. I called on a Saturday not expecting someone to answer but was pleasantly surprised they did and further, they could have someone come on Sunday. I am elderly thus so appreciated she spoke clear English ! I was surprised and pleased that she could send someone to my home that day. # Mr. Page Ellison was the estimator who came. He was friendly and very kind. I appreciated his knowledge as I knew nothing about garage doors. His genuine kindness and expertise is why I decided to buy a new door instead of having a neighbor try to reshape my damage.
