We could not be happier! I called them one day, the next day they were here! Once we ordered what we wanted, they ordered it. They called this morning 8-12 2020 and they had it installed and left around 10:30. Looks great, very quite and very happy with the way everything fell right in place! My appointment window was for 8am-10am the next morning after I called. Scotty, called before he arrived and was very professional the whole time. He explained everything thoroughly and also took pictures inside the opener so we could see exactly what he was referring to. We ended up replacing our opener, but before doing so, Scotty gave us choices and explained the differences between each one. Thank you Scotty for taking pride in what you do and not assuming that everybody knows about garage door openers.
