I had precision come give me an estimate on a issue with my garage door. The salesman/repair man came to my house. Very polite and friendly gentleman. He told me that needed a new spring for my garage door and he quoted me $1600 for the repair. Unfortunately I found the price a little high, I called another company and got the repair done for $400.

Richard Sanchez came out to do a door repair for us and was excellent. Due to the age and type of spring we had, he highly recommended replacing the second one as that material is no longer used for a reason and the second one will likely fail soon. Great on time service

Very poor experience, I would recommend staying away from them. The technician checked out and initially said everything was fine on my garage door and said it only needs to be reprogrammed and said it would be $150, plus the $95 inspection fee. They advertise saying the $95 diagnostic fees goes towards any services and then in 10 mins the technician said the sensors are not working and it would be $350. It was fishy and looked like they wanted to scam additional $$$.

I’m so entirely impressed with Richard Sanchez! My garage door after 7 years developed a mind of its own. It would miraculously open while I was either inside or not even be at home at all. I called Precision Garage and a very efficient young lady, took all my information and said someone would be there between 10:00 and 2:00 and would call when leaving. Within 10 minutes Richard Sanchez was calling to let me know he was on the way and should be here in about 25 minutes. Not only was he here within 25 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem explained in a way I could easily understand what the problem was, explained the options, and fixed my garage and was completely finished by noon. Thank you so much, Richard!

This year, for routine maintenance, Andy proved to be yet another outstanding employee. Years ago, I used another garage company. The difference in training (skill, diagnostics and social ease) between these two companies was so apparent. I've been impressed by Precision and would recommend them to anyone.
