I have no problem with the work they do. This is a big company with dispatchers and a lot of overhead. I needed a new remote control programmed and an old-one reprogrammed. Had trouble doing it myself. I was told it was $99 for a service call. Upon arrival, I was told re-programming remote controls were $150 regardless of how many were being programmed. They would waive the service fee. It took them less than 15 minutes to set the remote controls. The company insists on doing a complete "safety check" regardless if anything is wrong with your garage door. Then you have to sign off on their portable tablets. With tax it was $160.88 to set 2 remote controls to the garage door and fill in all the paperwork they required. They were done in less than 30 minutes. No, I will not be calling this company again.

From my initial call to Precision Door everyone was friendly and helpful. Their Senior Tech Andy responded to my call and he was outstanding. He initially concluded that the problem was a bad door sensor but then also found that there was a short in the wiring. He fixed everything and made sure that the wiring was tucked away nice and neat. I highly recommend Precision if you need anything done with your garage door.
