Andy and Alfredo were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased by how quickly I was able to schedule service. My only complaint is that I was told on the phone that the $95 service call charge was included in the installation price that I was quoted, but it was not.

Garrett was super quick and helpful with our squeaky garage door. Very glad we called because our cables were fraying and we didn’t realize it. He was very informative in giving me a rundown of our issues and gave me multiple options to choose from depending on how much we wanted to get done that day. Had used Precision just over a year ago to replace rollers , bearing plates, etc. on my garage door that was 15 years old. They were quick to reply to my call for service and technician Scotty explained options to me. At that time the motor was still working fine, but went out on me late yesterday afternoon. I called this morning and they gave me a time of 12-4 this afternoon. Tim McRae called earlier but I was at Physical Therapy and returned his call and he was here at 1:30 and explained that the motor needed replacing andwhat would be involved with getting a new one installed today and estimates. After my agreement he got to work right and had me set up by 3:00. A very polite, professional young man and had everything cleaned up and working. Thank you, Tim

First of all, let me compliment your technician, Andy Maynard. He was very friendly and informative. He gave me a couple of good tips for ongoing door maintenance. I really appreciate his help. Secondly, on a different note, I was amazed at how expensive your service has become. My total for a checkup on two doors was over $400 dollars. No repairs were needed or made. Andy was here about 20 minutes. That's $20 per minute. In July two years ago, same doors, same service cost $190. Your price has doubled. I will be reconsidering any checkups in the future and maybe start to get estimates from other door service companies.
