Michael diagnosed the garage door opener problem. He replaced the the the motor, safety unit, center rail, adjusted tension of the springs, programmed the remotes. He did not leave until he made sure that I knew how to program my smartphone to open/close the door. I was very pleased with this this repair.

Michael Ottosen was my service tech to work on my garage door. He got here with in 2 min of his scheduled time. He listened to what I thought the problem was and what was going on. Then proceeded to locate the the combination of events that effected the door performance. I had cable problems and internal board level failure. My 23yr old door was worn out. I decided to upgrade to a belt driven system. Two and a half hours from door bell ring to clean up I had a new belt drive opener. I can't give enough stars for Michael's performance. Thank you.

Thomas B. arrived exactly at the time he said he would, did a thorough inspection of our door and motor and the busted spring and then explained 3 options. There was no pressure on which option to choose. We selected the best option for us and Thomas gave us the time frame it would take him to complete the repairs, as well as standard maintenance that we needed. He completed the repairs in the time frame he had given us and we are extremely happy with the results!

I called Precision Garage Door of Holly Springs after another company bailed on me last minute. Not only was the service fee $20 cheaper than the other company but they also gave me a quick response scheduling an appointment within 2 hours of my call on the same day. Scotty Johnson showed up and did a fantastic job getting the broken spring fixed in my garage. Not only was he right on time he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain to me the different parts of the garage door mechanism and even helped rewire my garage sensors. Scotty was very personable and out of all the repairs and things I have had done over the years this one was the best all around, thanks for your help buddy!

I had a garage door emergency repair need quite a few years ago in another house, another city and Precision was the ONLY company who was able to fix it that same day. So when I needed an old door replaced in another house/city, I called them for a quote. Their professionalism, taking time to educate me on the products available, and the follow through made Precision my choice for replacing a very old garage door. The price was a little higher than another local company, though not significantly, and my Dad always said "you get what you pay for". Evan came out first thing on a Saturday and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. Evan did a great job explaining how the garage works and what components do what, as well as presenting several different options to fix the mechanisms. He did not pressure us to pick the most expensive option, rather, presented each option with pros and cons. We'll definitely be calling Evan again if the garage stops working!
