They were super responsive, got a technician out there very quickly. They got the job done super quickly as well. The technician was very knowledgeable and replaced two springs within an hour. They are expensive, and the tech was pretty condescending.

Great Service! I was very pleased with the knowledge professionalism from our technician. I went with the Torsion rebuild package which included a new motor and other parts and he had the garage door up and running within a few hours. Called around 2pm, technician was out a few hours later and had everything installed by 6. Would highly recommend!

My garage door lifted about a foot and would close. I was so surprised that Precision would be able to see me the same day. Scotty is so professional, very knowledgeable about the needs for the job, and also explains ahead of starting the work what he will do to repair it. He also reviewed the charges, and I was so pleased to see the bill was lower than I had expected. When I moved the car into the garage I was amazed at how quiet and smoothly the door went up and down. I felt so relieved that the service, from start to finish was so professional and prompt.
