Greg Gray did an excellent job installing 6 high performance springs and other related components for my 3 garage doors. Greg is an excellent service technician. I was very impressed with Greg’s work ethic, his attention to detail and his passion for getting it done right the first time. I was really surprised by how everything went so smoothly and quickly and professionally, from my initial call to scheduling through the service. Richard McCann was our technician. He arrived early, was friendly, knew exactly what we needed, and replaced our spring in no time. Gave me a walkthrough and even lubricated our second door. Great experience. Would use them again in a second and will recommend.

Matt did a great job repairing our garage door. Our springs needs adjusting because we didn’t realize how often we were using the garage door to enter and exit our home. We’ve changed that now to use our home front door instead of the garage door. Matt gave us this and several other valuable tips to help us extend the service life of our garage door system. I’d have Matt back anytime when need service.

The recent Hurricane and power outage knocked out our garage door display and function. Scotty came out a few days later and everything was back in working order. Can’t say enough about how great the Precision office and technical team are and how quickly they resolve any issue!

Desperately needed emergency help (residential) well after normal hours to get the garage (2 car) door functioning again. Called Precision at 7:30 pm and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get an appt for 10 pm that very evening. Richard McCann came to the rescue. Richard assessed the situation quickly, provided options to resolve the problems and once a plan was chosen, was extremely efficient in completing the work by midnight ; ( replaced 2 springs, installed new safety cables, new lift motor and track, etc.) Quite impressive , indeed. I highly recommend Precision ( and Richard) for your garage door repair needs.
