We lost power during tropical storm Chantal and had to disengage our garage door's motor mechanism so that we could manually open and shut the door until power was restored. However, we were unable to reattach the link once power came on in a way that fully closed the door, even after 2 hours of my own efforts. Precision's efficient telephone responder set up a quick appointment the day after we called, and Precision kept us updated on the approaching appointment until technician Richard McCann arrived, on time. Richard listened to our problem, quickly diagnosed the problem, carefully adjusted our garage door closing mechanism to restore it fully, and assured me my efforts were not unreasonably dumb. He also checked the whole system for any unperceived problems, all at no additional cost. Richard was smart, personable, and very well trained. We are completely satisfied and will happily call Precision with any future garage door needs.

Our experience with your company was fantastic. Our garage door opener broke on a Saturday and I was able to schedule an appointment online. John, the repair guy, texted when he was on his way and we received a photo with a bio which was so nice! He told us about our options, gave us prices, and did the work right then. We were already prepared to replace the opener since it was about 25 years old. I will definitely call you if we have any problems and recommend you to others.

Our amazing technician, Aaron was so kind and considerate throughout the entire process, from his call to us to let us know his ETA to following up once he had left. He, and the rest of the team, turned our traumatic morning once we realized our entire motor had blown and bent our track with the door stuck open to 3 hours later having a state of the art opener…it was gold standard care. By comparison, our home warranty wouldn’t budge with an appointment to diagnose until 5 days from our call. I will always recommend the Precision team, and especially Aaron.

I found Precision online and they had great reviews. I had lost total control of the garage door. Nothing worked to raise the door. Both our vehicles were trapped inside. I have radiation treatments at UNC every day and was concerned about transportation. It was 9:57 pm. I called their number and surprisingly a very nice lady answered and arranged for a technician to come out the next morning. After a thorough analysis he located and repaired the problem. This is the second time I have used Precision, and I will continued to do so. I will recommend them to all in need.

I was able to get a technician on the same day as I called for an appointment. The technician (Scotty Johnson), was the epitome of professionalism. He explained my problem, offered a choice of solutions and thoroughly explained what those solutions entailed as well as costs. He completed the work in his estimated time and did a superb job. He then explained what he had done and how to operate the equipment installed. He was a model for other service organization employees.

Spring broke so looked online for repair company. Several came up but Precision look and easy online appointment scheduling made choice easy. Scott arrived and was thorough and easy to talk to.
