I called Precision and they came out on a Sunday to fix my garage door. Greg was very courteous and fast and explained what he was fixing and why. The springs were broken and he replaced them. Afterwards, he did a great job explaining the sheet that documented the inspection of all the garage parts!

It was a pleasure to watch a highly skilled professional walk through a step-by-step analysis of the situation and develop a step-by-step plan to make the necessary repairs and adjustments to resolve all the problems. Even more exciting was to realize that every necessary item for each of the many problems was on the truck or in his tool kit. In the old navy this would definitely qualify for a BRAVO - ZULU award.

I had a Precision Garage door for years. I am now buying my second door. I have dogs and I am constantly opening and closing the garage door. The Precision Garage door has never failed. I also like the quick service for maintenance of the door and the great and overly friendly technicians. I will not buy from any other company.

My garage door motor quit the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I called the company who installed it for service. I was told the service center would be closed until Monday and to call back. After a quick search of other options, I came across Precision and gave them a call. A very helpful person answered and said she could schedule a repair for that Friday between 8-12p. Richard McCann called about 8:30 to say he was on his way and arrived about 15 minutes later. He was personable, knowledgeable and very professional in going over my options for repair. We agreed on a motor/springs combo and the repair was done in less than 90 minutes. As others have commented, the markup on these items were ridiculous. However, I realize I am not simply paying for the parts but the labor, quality of work, service and my TIME. So, to have a daily necessity replaced professionally, by a quality technician in less than 90 minutes for the price I paid evens out in my mind. Great experience with Precision and will definitely call Richard again if future service is needed!

Fabulous service! Friendly, knowledgeable inspection of our old (broken) door - clear alternatives laid out. Hugely helpful installation service that went that extra bit above and beyond that will make me want to call them back next time. (And FAST!!!!! Our new garage door was up and running about 24 hours from the time we first called! OK, OK, I know everybody is not lucky enough to have a last-minute cancellation fall into their laps like that, but...)

Precision provided excellent service at my residence today. They came out the very next day (as requested) following my call, quickly diagnosed and then fixed the issue with my garage keypad. The service provider (Devon Culver) was very prompt, friendly and helpful. Such professionalism is the gold standard for the service industry and I will definitely use them again!
