We have dealt with Precision for many years and always been pleased. They installed a door for us many years ago and have done preventitive maintenance in the meantime. Most recently our garage door was damaged. Precision representatives arrived promply to remove the damaged door and to order a new replacement. I especially want to commend John Lefevre who constructed a temporary cover for the garage entrance to protect the garage until the new garage door arrives. We had a 0.75 hp opener and a 1.25 hp opener installed for our one car and two car garage doors, respectively. Both are Lift Masters, a highly rated brand. The two car door opener also required two new coil springs. The service reps were Scotty Johnson and Claude Wilford, who were both excellent. With decades of experience with Lift Master and garage door installations, Scotty was especially expert in every aspect of this work.
