Garrett was an extremely personable and consummate professional in the efficient management of my emergent garage door spring break. We were very satisfied with our experience. We had a garage door malfunction that occurred at 3:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon, in which the door was halfway closed and jammed so that we could not get our cars out. I went to Precision's website which was easy to use to schedule service that same afternoon. The technician arrived as scheduled, was knowledgeable and courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave us a quote for the work to repair the door with options. We elected to go with the "best" option because our door was old and had not been serviced in a long time. He completed the repair work that afternoon and our garage door was up and running again.

Called at 230p and service tech arrived at 5p on the same day. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in minutes. That kind of service is standard for these folks. A few years ago I called at 9a and by 5pm that same day they had installed two new garage door openers. Great products, great folks.

I contacted Precision Door around 3 pm on Monday afternoon when a bracket on our door broke and Ryan was scheduled to address our door issues Tuesday morning. Amazing responsiveness. Ryan called on the way to our house and arrived as planned. He assessed the door issues and proposed a plan to fix and service the door. With a clear estimate of costs. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and completed the work in a very efficient manner. The result is a door working like new. In addition, with the age of the door, he provided a clear proposal refurbish the door when the time came.

I have a 20 yr old garage door opener and all door hardware that was installed by Precision Door in Chapel Hill area. I’ve had several service calls for spring replacements and today I had a new belt installed. The technician, Mr McCann was phenomenal. 5 stars + He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and kind. He explained options. Did not attempt to update anything. He was thorough and quick with the belt replacement and maintenance was provided to the rest of my system. Scott arrived at the agreed upon time and fixed the problem in at most two minutes. If this particular problem (Genie code needed to be reset after batteries were changed) arises again, as it unfortunately certainly will, I will know how to deal with it myself so I can avoid the exorbitant service charge. I called Precision and they came out on a Sunday to fix my garage door. Greg was very courteous and fast and explained what he was fixing and why. The springs were broken and he replaced them. Afterwards, he did a great job explaining the sheet that documented the inspection of all the garage parts!
