Called at 9 am and scheduled an appointment to reprogram a new remote for two garage doors for between 2 and 4 pm. At 10:45 Aaron Sweet called and stated he was in the area and could be at my house in 4 minutes. He arrived and programmed both garage doors, was paid and left my house by 11:02. Very please with this quick and professional service.

Was originally looking for a checkup on the garage system. 12 years and no real maintenance or issues. Aaron was outstanding. He provided detailed information on our system and where we could start to experience life span issues. He provided recommendations (opener, torsion conversion and a tuneup). We chose the torsion conversion and his work along with the upgraded parts have been a true changer on our garage operation. Hope to look forward to additional service as we look at possible opener(motor) replacement.

Precision was an option listed by Angi.com (Angi's List) and also came up as highly recommended via Google searches, so after checking out the website I selected them. Their communication process was outstanding the whole time. The tech was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He provided options and kept me updated throughout the process. He was able to very efficiently perform the repairs / maintenance (torsion springs, drums, cables, etc). I could not have asked for a better experience.

Aaron Sweet came out today and replaced my 20 year old chain drive garage door opener (getting kinda shaky) with a sweet (pun intended), WiFi + camera, super quiet belt drive opener. I think it only took 30-40 minutes. All my expectations were met/exceeded and it has a lifetime warranty.

Richard was excellent! First of all, he was here within two hours on a Monday morning after I called to make the appointment. He was obviously highly knowledgeable and experienced, quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue. In addition to fixing the first door, he went ahead and made an adjustment on our 2nd door, noting that it would eventually have the same problem. We could not have been more pleased! I unequivocally recommend him!

The Technician arrived timely and solved the problem at hand. He was courteous and professional. After such a scare yesterday with someone misrepresenting you under another name and misdiagnosed the problem with a price out of range. I immediately called you again. I was fully satisfied with the service that I received from technician Aaron Sweet who came to my house to inspect a problem with our old garage door. He located the problem right away and explained to me and my wife exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He took his time both inspecting our full garage door and explaining the work that needed to be done. When he worked up our work order he explained all costs and also asked if we qualified for any discounts such as for military or teachers. Aaron did a great job and I would recommend him and Precision based on his work.
