Richard, the tech, inspected the door and saw the issue with the door windows frame. He advised that the plastic frame could not be replaced, no longer manufactured, that it is simply decorative, and I should consider replacing regular glass with plexiglass for safety. He was very thorough with his inspection and explanation. He also provided an estimate for door replacement. I’m going to try to replace the glass for now, but appreciate knowing the cost to replace the door if needed.

Richard was prompt, highly knowledgeable, efficient and polite. He knew our (broken) outdated garage door and springs mechanism and replaced the entire springs and lift mechanism in just over an hour. Highly recommended.

Our garage door opener was not working properly and we were able to schedule a next-day appointment (on the weekend) via the website, within a reasonably narrow time frame (2hrs). John Patton arrived promptly, provided excellent explanations of the work to be done, and was able to perform the work immediately with supplies from his truck. (We needed a new opener and new springs.) As he was performing the work, he was very knowledgeable to answer any questions I had, and he even set up the opener with our vehicles. I have no notes for John. I felt that the price was a bit high given the cost of the parts themselves, but the convenience and great service took most of the sting out of that.
