The service was fine. My only complaint was that the serviceman did not have a single outlet serge protector. Would have been perfect if he did!

I chose your company because you were the first to pop up on google and your reviews were good. I must say I was extremely impressed with your companies customer service and professionalism . I called and spoke with a courteous customer service agent who was able to set up a same day appointment.I was told they would show up between 2 and 6. The tech was at my house by 3 which was just a little over an hour after I called. The tech called me after arriving at my home and gave me a quote, within 15 minutes. We agree on the price and he had the repairs complete before I could make it home. I will definitely refer your company to my friends and family. Thank again.

The technician was great. But the services are way overpriced. I will shop around next time.

After reviewing your work order, it shows you failed a handful of items on the 25 point inspection. Those items are discussed with each customer on every call and what steps/options are available to fix those issues if a customer would like that done. Mike would have discussed this with you so if you had questions about the price or work, he could have answered those questions before the work was started. We are competitive with our pricing as our parts and the service provided is top notch and we strive to make sure our customers receive five star service with every call. Scotty Johnson replaced everything but the tracks and doors on our 3 car garage yesterday. He was wonderful esp in explaining the damage to the old equipment, and how to use and maintain the new equipment. Left our house at 7:30 pm for another call. A very personable, professional hard worker. Hope I never need him again but if I do he will get my business!!!
