This was my first time using this company. I messed but Percision corrected the problem. Technician Tim McRae was very professional and proactive. Once he observed the damage, he began the work immediately. He assured me everything was going to be ok. Prayerfully I will not mess up again, but if I do I know who to contact. Scotty Johnson replaced the old garage door opener motor with a new more efficient model. He also updated the rails so that the door opens more smoothly and quietly. The new products came with guarantees that eliminated any concerns I had with the existing loud motor and rackety rails and drooping chain. Scotty completed all the work in the time frame he quoted.
