Precision Door responded very quickly to my request for service. Scott recommended new rollers and adjustment to fix the noise problem. This was done very efficiently with parts he had on his truck and for a reasonable price. The problem was solved and I am quite happy with the service.

I would have given Precision five stars but I felt like I was oversold on services I didn't need. I'm too nice, a sucker even, and don't push back when I need to. I was having some noise coming from my garage door and all it needed was a new bracket ($35). I was informed by the technician that I needed a new weather seal ($255) and talked into a "tune up" ($150). The prices "may" be fair but I didn't really need either. I know they train their guys to oversell stuff but don't be greedy and go overboard. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family. They have high quality materials and knowledgeable service technicians. But I would be sure to tell them to watch what they try to sell you.

I have used Precision in the past and was impressed by the work and professionalism of the technician. The service preformed today was also profession and the tech pinpointed the problem right away. What I thought was going to a bank account buster was actually a simple fix. He didn't try to hood wink me into buying something or doing work that wasn't needed. I'll be sure to recommend this company to my friends because of its professionalism and honesty.

Richard did a great job demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills. He knew what needed to be done to repair my garage and did it in a timely manner. He clearly explained what had happened, why and how he could repair it. He even offered me the senior discount when I didn’t know Precision Garage offered one. It was a nice discount!

Scotty and Ricky were exceptionally friendly and professional in their efficient repair of the broken spring on my two-car garage door system. The repair process took approximately one hour. They were also courteous enough to provide comprehensive explanations and address all my question, including potential/future options for my garage door system. I highly recommend their services.

My remotes stopped working but the wall still worked. I couldn’t reset my remotes but they wouldn’t open or close the garage door

Extremely pleased with the service, Garret was a very polite young man who obviously new his way around garage doors. You came highly recommended by my son and my best friend and lived up to expectations. My only negative comment is your pricing. Charging $389.00 for a single spring replacement is reasonable, charging the same price for the second spring is absurd. It's not like he made 2 trips, he brought them both in at the same time, and he had to loosen, and retighten the same hardware whether he was doing one or both. Also you advertise same day service but I had to wait from Friday until Tuesday for servicing.

Outstanding service!!! Our technician, Garrett Yeager, was so kind and considerate. He fixed our issue very quickly. He came early which we really appreciated. He walked me through setting up the app on my phone. Which takes patience since I am not the most technically inclined person. Overall, from booking the appointment to the actual service, we are super impressed. Thank you so much for actually doing what is advertised - GREAT SERVICE AND PERSONAL ATTENTION. I couldn’t be happier with our experience using Precision Garage Door Service. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day after our garage door spring broke. Scotty texted as he was on his way and gave me an estimated time that he would arrive. He assessed the damaged door and explained what had happened and then gave me a list and explanation of all of my options. The repairs were performed quickly and Scotty went over everything with me after he finished.

I was very happy with the work performed as well as with the fella who performed it. He explained what was needed, what my options were, and the costs involved. I called Precision Garage Door Service at 10:00pm to repair broken garage door that had come off track and would not close. The attendant scheduled an early morning appointment for the next day. I loved that company's confirmation email included the name and picture of the service tech who was assigned to my case. Mr. Scotty Johnson arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, diagnosed the problem, and quoted me the cost of the repair. After agreeing to the price quoted, Mr. Johnson started and completed the repair within 30 minutes. My garage door is operating efficiently again. If you are in need of service to your garage door, do not hesitate to contact Precision and ask for Scotty Johnson.
