Our garage door opener was not working properly and we were able to schedule a next-day appointment (on the weekend) via the website, within a reasonably narrow time frame (2hrs). John Patton arrived promptly, provided excellent explanations of the work to be done, and was able to perform the work immediately with supplies from his truck. (We needed a new opener and new springs.) As he was performing the work, he was very knowledgeable to answer any questions I had, and he even set up the opener with our vehicles. I have no notes for John. I felt that the price was a bit high given the cost of the parts themselves, but the convenience and great service took most of the sting out of that.

Rickey Sanchez has turned me into a believer. My garage door only worked when you held the wall control until the door closed. This caused a quality of life issue at the house. I felt Rickey explained how to solve the problem and what to expect when it was fixed. I honestly wanted to avoid replacing the system (the cheap way out) even though I knew the saying, you get what you get what you paid for. I can say certainly having full access to our house has been a welcomed correction. We use the garage more often instead of bypassing the garage door headache most of the time.
