The original equipment spring on our garage door broke, and we could not lift the door. Technician Paul came out on a Sunday morning. He explained the problem, had all the necessary replacement parts on his truck, and had the new springs and rollers installed in an hour. Paul was polite, efficient and professional. A job well done!

We discussed the issue (poorly installed garage door), I got some options, work was done right away and within four hours of the initial call I had a smoothly functioning and QUIET garage door set up. It was a positive experience from start to finish with Precision and I highly recommend them. Paul was very friendly, super professional, and great to work with (dealt kindly with all my excited peek-ins as work was done). Two thumbs up.
