We use Precision when we had a garage issue at our last house, and they did great. So when we had an issue with the opener at our newest house, we pulled out the old invoice and called again. Mike was able to come out same day, and even though we were one of his last stops, he committed to and finished a pretty big job, working into the evening to remedy our garage door issues with excellent attention. Kudos!

Over the holidays I decided to insulate my garage door myself and broke my aging springs with the added weight (I figured this would happened, but thought it was worth a try). I called Precision Garage Door around 5pm and they had a technician at the house by 8am. The technician, Andy, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and had my door rebuilt in under 2 hours! I couldn’t have asked for better service. From pricing around service over the last couple weeks (as I said, I was pretty sure I was going to end up breaking the door before I insulated it, and I was thinking some other parts were aging poorly and needed replacing), Precision Garage Door’s pricing was competitive and well worth the lack of aggravation and risk of injury of that I would have incurred if I tried to fix this myself. I’m extremely happy with the experience and would recommend this company, and especially Andy, to anyone needing garage door work!

They were on time, explained everything, and pointed out things that I did that could have been dangerous. They cleaned up and fixed my broken spring and center bearing in about 45 minutes. Andy has a funny personality and explained my options prior to beginning work. Thanks to both!

My technician was Greg. Although he came a little later than expected, when he showed up he was professional and knowledge. He gave me some options for my repair that were responsible. He was focused and meticulous about getting the work done. He helped me set up the new opener and explained the bells and whistles. It was a pleasure working with Greg and Precision Garage Door. Excellent! Scotty Johnson was great! Called to see if he could come a bit early because he was able to do that. Took a look at my garage door issue. He informed me what was needed to remedy the problem. I asked some questions, we discussed & subsequently I asked that he do some additional work. No pressure from Scotty... entirely initiated by me. Work was done quickly and thoroughly. It was a pleasure to work with Scotty.
