Richard did an amazing job! He was out at our house within 18 hours of us calling to say our garage door wasn’t working, and he had it fixed in an hour. He went above and beyond to give us all the options and was honest about what we needed and what could wait. He installed a new garage door opener, new keypads, and tuned up the existing roller and rail system. After the install, he took me through instructions on how to use it all and even programmed my jeep for me. He also gave me his number in case I had any questions after the install. I love that the salesman had samples of the garage doors. I knew I wanted an insulated door, but I didn’t realize how different they were. Everyone was friendly and professional. The installers knew exactly what they were doing. The new door is really quiet and smooth and makes a big difference in the temperature of the garage. (We previously insulated the garage, so with that and the new insulated garage door we are very happy)
