My garage door Lift Master system was installed by some fly by night installer. It never worked correctly and he never called me back. After 2 years of garage door not closing all the way or slamming the concrete, or not closing on bright sunny days (interfering with “seeing sensor”) I said “ Enough is enough”. I called Precision door in Cary, NC. Evan Kopel arrived the same afternoon!!!!! He was definitely a very skilled Tech with Lift Master and garage doors. He fixed everything from reprogramming the door opener, adjusting the spring tension correctly, changed the wheels on the track, adjusted the width of the tracks and most importantly, set the “seeing sensors” back about 6” on both sides! This eliminated the sunshine issue!! Evan Kopel is the best Tech I’ve met. He explained what was wrong and provided ideas on how to fix the issues! Thank you for sending Evan out to remedy my garage door issues!

Teddy and his partner were professional and wasted no time getting the old warped door down and the new insulated door installed. They tweaked it to perfection noticing any and all irregularities. Runs smoothly and the look is so much better. Adding the insulation to the door remains to be seen, but I anticipate positive results over these upcoming fall/winter months. I called Precision at 7:30 in the morning after our garage door chain snapped when my husband was trying to leave for work that morning. The lady who answered the phone was kind and courteous, and she was able to schedule a technician to come to my house that same day between 8-12. Mike O. called when he was on his way and was at my house by 9:15 that morning. He was great to work with. He educated me on all my options as far as solutions to our problem and costs for each option, but I didn't feel pressured by him when making a decision. He wasn't just trying to sell me on something, but he gave me the details and then allowed me to choose what was best for us. He installed a new motor and openers, and he made sure I was able to program everything and sync it all up before he left. He was respectful and kind, and just overall a nice person to work with. I really appreciated his professionalism and his ability to explain everything and help me choose the best option. I also am so thankful for the speed in which Precision was able to get someone out and help us, as our garage door is so heavy to try to open and close manually! I would definitely recommend Mike O. and Precision to my friends!
