Hi. First of all, our city is Aberdeen,NC. The program would not allow me to change. Roger and I were very happy with the installation yesterday afternoon. The guy seemed very knowledgeable and moved quickly. We never saw the garage door from the outside yesterday but upon leaving the house this am, there is a dent in the third panel, visible from the outside only. I left a message on the number given and sent an email to customer service. We would appreciate your attention in review and replacement of this damaged panel. Thank you, Kathy Cordial

We really needed it done because our garage contents were exposed due the my daughter taking out the original door by bad driving. John Lefevere wrote up the order. Sunday afternoon one of our garage door springs broke, making this rather heavy door inoperable. Called Precision around 5pm (on a Sunday) had a technician on site in a little over an hour. Richard McCann handled our problem quickly. His vast knowledge and eye for detail is a great asset to Precision.
