He listened to my description about the problems experienced and stepped me through his approach to solving the issue along with the added multi-point inspection. Greg’s Knowledge and problem solving came to bear as it turned out to be an issue with a loose spring and the control card in the head unit. I was very satisfied with the positive outcome and the pricing was very fair. Being able to do on-the-spot, secure digital payment after I was satisfied everything was working correctly was very convenient.
