Hi. First of all, our city is Aberdeen,NC. The program would not allow me to change. Roger and I were very happy with the installation yesterday afternoon. The guy seemed very knowledgeable and moved quickly. We never saw the garage door from the outside yesterday but upon leaving the house this am, there is a dent in the third panel, visible from the outside only. I left a message on the number given and sent an email to customer service. We would appreciate your attention in review and replacement of this damaged panel. Thank you, Kathy Cordial

Our experience with Precision door was seamless from start to finish. Joe came out and provided options and worked up and estimate for us. He was very professional and provided us with all the information necessary to make a decision. Charlie came out and completed the install and we are very satisfied with our new door. It looks great!

My install couldn't have been better. Shane is a likable guy that did the installation without a hitch. We really needed it done because our garage contents were exposed due the my daughter taking out the original door by bad driving. John Lefevere wrote up the order. He is a great representative of Precision Doors as well. (I left another review but keep getting prompted to leave a review.)

Sunday afternoon one of our garage door springs broke, making this rather heavy door inoperable. Called Precision around 5pm (on a Sunday) had a technician on site in a little over an hour. Richard McCann handled our problem quickly. His vast knowledge and eye for detail is a great asset to Precision. Greg was awesome and extremely helpful! Our garage door disconnected somehow from the lift a few nights ago and we were unable to use our garage. Andy was excellent. Gave a clear explanation of problem. Did not pressure us into doing it. * noted that the springs are weak and its just a matter of time.
