Yesterday Andy Maynard and his assistant arrived to address a problem with my garage door operation. I briefed them on the current problem and the past history of door services. With that information Andy inspected the door system and provided me with several proposals to resolve the issue. I questioned him on each proposal and choose the one that best suited me. At no time did I feel pressured to go one way or the other. After the decision was made they went right to work and had the job done in short order. I was impressed with Andy's knowledge and his willingness to listen to and answer all my questions.

Today I heard a beeping and found it was the garage door battery. I called your company and a technician, Scotty Johnson, was here within a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with, and quickly installed a new battery. My wall pad went out. I had an afternoon appt. Andy had an early opening so he called me. I was at work 20 minutes away, I said I would meet him there. By the time I got there he had already changed the wall pad out we just needed to set my code. Two minutes and I was on my way back to work . Excellent job Andy. Precision Door had not disappointed me yet. Great customer service. Knowledgeable people. Very professional.

I got my invoice and it had charges for two spring coatings, and a new chain. It was not relayed to me why I needed two coats and the technician said the garage will be loud because he had to bend a link in the chain. I don't understand why if I got a new sprocket system, chain, and coating for all of those things why it would still be loud. Why if it is a new chain did any of the links have to be bent? I could've bought a new system for less money then the repair

My garage door was heavy and jammed shut when the tensioner spring failed, causing my vehicle to be trapped. This created a big inconvenience, if not a bit of an emergency, for me. Precision Garage Door Service was chosen after contacting the original company that installed my garage door system. Original installer only had a voicemail for response. Since they had a large service coverage over the Triangle area, I then called Precision, who answered with a live person and set up a repair visit for the following day. The responding technician, Garrett Yeager, promptly came out during the assigned time slot and had my system repaired and upgraded in a very short time. Lightning struck our garage door opener and fried it. Andy replaced it. I also asked that he replace the springs, belt, rollers, and rubber door bottom while he was here. I was very pleased with his work. He explained everything very well to me, and quickly completed all the work.

Richard did a great job. Knew exactly what the problem was within a few seconds of looking at the garage door. Fixed it better than what it performed like before we drove into the bottom of the door as it was opening throwing it off kilter. Fixed a couple of bends the kids put into the tracks over the years with skateboards etc. 100 percent would use them again and will be requesting Richard.

On Friday March 1st, my wife and I were leaving for Florida, partly for a vacation and partly to leave the house empty for an Open House managed by our real estate agent. As i was backing out of the garage i failed to notice that the right rear passenger door was open, and I backed into the garage door frame, damaging the door track and now unable to be closed. We called precision from our car who came within 3 hours of our call. They, long with our great agent and a neighbor, diagnosed the problem and arranged for a final repair the following Monday. Precision worked cooperatively with the agent and our neighbor to make sure the repair was done! Hats off to Precision for exceptional service!
