Great experience from start to finish. Late afternoon call. Technician, Evan, was here within 2 hrs. Problem was diagnosed and repaired quick and efficiently. Springs, rollers, bearings and cables all replaced.

I love that the salesman had samples of the garage doors. I knew I wanted an insulated door, but I didn’t realize how different they were. Everyone was friendly and professional. The installers knew exactly what they were doing. The new door is really quiet and smooth and makes a big difference in the temperature of the garage. (We previously insulated the garage, so with that and the new insulated garage door we are very happy)

This is my third time using this company. The tech is great, and professional. The product and service quality is excellent. Prices are high but all prices are high so you have no choice. I’m not cutting corners on a door that opens and closes to let out my car. Recommend this company. Justin was the service technician.

His explanations were clear and demonstrated an excellent understanding of the work to be performed. Chris also provided several home-owner maintenance tips. Teddy and his partner were professional and wasted no time getting the old warped door down and the new insulated door installed. They tweaked it to perfection noticing any and all irregularities. Runs smoothly and the look is so much better. Adding the insulation to the door remains to be seen, but I anticipate positive results over these upcoming fall/winter months. I called Precision at 7:30 in the morning after our garage door chain snapped when my husband was trying to leave for work that morning. The lady who answered the phone was kind and courteous, and she was able to schedule a technician to come to my house that same day between 8-12. Mike O. called when he was on his way and was at my house by 9:15 that morning. He was great to work with. He educated me on all my options as far as solutions to our problem and costs for each option, but I didn't feel pressured by him when making a decision. He wasn't just trying to sell me on something, but he gave me the details and then allowed me to choose what was best for us. He installed a new motor and openers, and he made sure I was able to program everything and sync it all up before he left. He was respectful and kind, and just overall a nice person to work with. I really appreciated his professionalism and his ability to explain everything and help me choose the best option. I also am so thankful for the speed in which Precision was able to get someone out and help us, as our garage door is so heavy to try to open and close manually! I would definitely recommend Mike O. and Precision to my friends!

After calling the install vendor and another company that was also listed on the garage door I was unable to get a service person until Monday or Tuesday. I finally called a friend about 3:50 and they recommended Precision and their service is spectacular! I went to the website and actually used the “chat” feature and understandably the first available appointment was not until Monday morning. I explained the situation of how my husband was headed out for an appointment, pushed the garage door button and the spring broke and the garage door is so heavy we couldn’t get the cars out and our garage door is one of those doors that weighs so much you really can’t use a release button and just push it up. The “chat” then told me about the emergency option and fee and how they could have someone out between 6-10 pm. Evan from Prevision called me about 5:15 said he would be at the house in 25 minutes and he arrived before 6! He was compassionate, asked questions, and was so good at informing me of my options in getting the door repaired. Evan said the repair time would be about an hour. Evan finished within the hour, explained my warranty, shared my statement, I paid and he shared his business card, a sticker for Prevision (of course we put it on the garage door and removed the other stickers)and headed out! Thank you Evan! You made a not so happy experience much easier to handle with your excellent service skills. ~Jackie

I choose Precision because of past experience. They are reliable and always provide courteous service. We have been a customer for almost 20 years now. Our technician Greg was excellent. He explained the various options and packages for repairing the door problem. Greg also recommended a surge protector, which I thought was ideal given the number of storms and power outages.
