My install couldn't have been better. Shane is a likable guy that did the installation without a hitch. We really needed it done because our garage contents were exposed due the my daughter taking out the original door by bad driving. John Lefevere wrote up the order. He is a great representative of Precision Doors as well. (I left another review but keep getting prompted to leave a review.)

Sunday afternoon one of our garage door springs broke, making this rather heavy door inoperable. Called Precision around 5pm (on a Sunday) had a technician on site in a little over an hour. Richard McCann handled our problem quickly. His vast knowledge and eye for detail is a great asset to Precision. Greg was awesome and extremely helpful! Our garage door disconnected somehow from the lift a few nights ago and we were unable to use our garage. Just had my garage Door repaired by Richard and Scotty of Precision Door Service. I am amazed at the professionalism and quality of service. I thought I needed a new garage opener. Long story short, Richard and Scotty found out the issue was the spring assembly. They fixed my door in no time. I definitely recommend Precision Door Service. Very trustworthy team. Oh, by the way, expect a call to remind you of the time when expect to arrive. They are very punctual.

He was prompt and thorough in his inspection process and gave a detailed analysis of our needed repairs. Our experience with Precision door was seamless from start to finish. Joe came out and provided options and worked up and estimate for us.
