The spring broke on our garage door and they were able to get a repairman out the next day, a holiday no less, to replace it. Andy was knowledgeable, very efficient, and had it done quickly. When it is time to have the door replaced, or the door lift replaced, I know who to call - Precision Garage Door Service.

Andy was so pleasant. He was knowledgeable, efficient and did the job well. This is the second time I've used Precision. Over a year ago, Jon Holbrook did an excellent job installing new hardware. This year, for routine maintenance, Andy proved to be yet another outstanding employee. Years ago, I used another garage company. The difference in training (skill, diagnostics and social ease) between these two companies was so apparent. I've been impressed by Precision and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with a garage door repair on a SUNDAY and technician John Patton came out within 4 hours of me contacting them, and arrived right at the scheduled time. He was fantastic, fixed the issue quickly, and the thing now runs quieter than it ever has.

This is the third time that I have had garage door work done by Precision, and I have been happy every time with the quality of work and service. Richard McCann arrived a little early for an emergency service I scheduled for late today (which was great). He was very personable and explained in detail all the repair work he did. I am a very satisfied customer.

Andy and Alfredo were friendly, knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. They were in and out in under 2 hours for a complete install. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the service call fee tacked on even though I went forward with the fully recommended repairs.

First of all, let me compliment your technician, Andy Maynard. He was very friendly and informative. He gave me a couple of good tips for ongoing door maintenance. I really appreciate his help. Secondly, on a different note, I was amazed at how expensive your service has become. My total for a checkup on two doors was over $400 dollars. No repairs were needed or made. Andy was here about 20 minutes. That's $20 per minute. In July two years ago, same doors, same service cost $190. Your price has doubled. I will be reconsidering any checkups in the future and maybe start to get estimates from other door service companies.

Are old opener stopped working on Friday afternoon. Having seen many commercials on TV for Precision I called them and they were able to have a service tech here on Saturday. The old unit was unrepairable. The tech installed a new LiftMaster in less than 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable about the product and getting us setup with the phone app. His workmanship was very professional and neat. We are happy we called Precision.

I knew nothing about your company but quickly needed your service. I called Precision and had Richard Sanchez was at my garage door in less than 30-minutes...NOT two-weeks from Wednesday like a lot of other service providers. Mr. Sanchez immediately identified my garage door opener problem and within minutes offered solutions, the dollar value of all parts/service that I requested was entirely left to me. He explained all parts/services very clearly - zero ambiguities. Within just minutes Mr. Sanchez was up a ladder disassembling the original [broken system] and installing the new system; if installing garage door systems was an Olympic event Mr. Sanchez would bring home the gold. He never scratched his head or made a phone call, just became a "blur" with the speed at which he operated, followed up with an instructional demo for my wife and I (even re-programmed out cars' visor mounted garage openers for the new system's frequency). From A to Z, Mr. Sanchez's depth-of-knowledge and professionalism were second to none. If you ever need garage door assistance I have four words for you: "Precision Garage Door Service." Hire anyone else and you might as well be playing Black Jack in Vegas and remember, the house always wins. With "Precision," you are the proverbial "house!"
