When my garage door broke, John Patton gave me options starting at $1,800. I was in a rush and didn't know enough to question it, so I went with the $2,100 quote despite my gut feeling. I’ve since discovered that I was sold a full renovation when a $700 spring replacement was all that was needed. John deliberately withheld the most affordable solution. It’s clear your tactic is to exploit a customer's lack of knowledge for higher commissions. This kind of dishonest, cunning behavior is short-sighted and will eventually cost you your reputation.

Wonderful service. Same Day visit on a Sunday. Boah came out to diagnose and felt the issue couldn’t be resolved so he promptly gave me a quote for replacement. HE THEN CALLED 20 minutes later, again on a SUNDAY saying he thought of something this might fix the issue and came back and fixed it. Super impressed with Boah and the company overall.

Asked during appointment scheduling if this was a locally owned family business, which the operator confirmed. While it may have been a family business at one point in time, this is now an entity owned by Neighborly. My concerns with hiring a franchised business under a large conglomerate and the associated higher costs to pay for their overhead and large margins were immediately realized when I paid 600 for new rollers and minor adjustment to the pulley/chain. Will be sure to do more research in the future to ensure I support a true, locally owned small business.

We are very supportive of the community in an array of various ways including supporting the area locally with hiring locally trained and locally living employees. Your concerns about costs are understandable however, we did provide you with several options and you selected the option that fit you and yours best. We investigated into your visit further and the notes of what we did and that included, "Door and opener from 2005, rollers are seized and door is running rough, springs are old and worn will likely break soon. All moving parts are worn. Opener from 2005, due to door being imbalanced and rollers seized, the opener is getting excessive close force, and the belt is jumping on the gear causing the limits to be wrong. Opener needs adjusted and rollers/springs replaced. Opener is old but functional for now, will likely need replaced soon. During the repair, gear on the opener is very loose, opener will need replaced very soon." as our skilled and honest team conveyed to you on site. We are here for your feedback and concerns. I’ve contacted Precision several times over the years and have always been pleased with their service. They replaced my opener several years ago. My most recent problem was lost hand held openers. The technician was able to program two new ones and disable the old ones. He also updated the outside wall opener and my auto. I am quite pleased. And I love that I can schedule a visit online with their app, that’s very convenient!
