I sent an email Thursday morning, shortly after my garage door spring popped. 20 minutes later, I got a phone call, to schedule for Friday morning. Friday morning, I was ready to replace the whole system; I am not very knowledgeable on garage doors and their hardware..Andy was prompt, friendly, and shared his professional opinion on my garage door's life, in which he recommended only replacing the springs. Andy replaced the springs for me in 30 minutes, and my garage door works better than it has in the ownership of my home. All in all, my 5 star review consists of a few things, Andy's honesty for what my system needed vs didn't need, the speed of service, and the friendliness of service. I recommend Precision Garage Door of the Triangle to anyone. 5/5. An update, years later, we had some issues with our garage door opener’s belt. I scheduled for a Sunday — Chris arrived on time, immediately identified the problem, went through the whole system, and had it fixed within an hour. Again, amazing service.

I knew nothing about your company but quickly needed your service. I called Precision and had Richard Sanchez was at my garage door in less than 30-minutes...NOT two-weeks from Wednesday like a lot of other service providers. Mr. Sanchez immediately identified my garage door opener problem and within minutes offered solutions, the dollar value of all parts/service that I requested was entirely left to me. He explained all parts/services very clearly - zero ambiguities. Within just minutes Mr. Sanchez was up a ladder disassembling the original [broken system] and installing the new system; if installing garage door systems was an Olympic event Mr. Sanchez would bring home the gold. He never scratched his head or made a phone call, just became a "blur" with the speed at which he operated, followed up with an instructional demo for my wife and I (even re-programmed out cars' visor mounted garage openers for the new system's frequency). From A to Z, Mr. Sanchez's depth-of-knowledge and professionalism were second to none. If you ever need garage door assistance I have four words for you: "Precision Garage Door Service." Hire anyone else and you might as well be playing Black Jack in Vegas and remember, the house always wins. With "Precision," you are the proverbial "house!" This included letting us know what was critical now vs. Later which goes a long way for unplanned expenses like this.
