John was our garage door opener installer and he was fantastic. He came out to install the new garage door opener the same day we contacted Precision about a new garage door opener. He installed the new opener quickly and was very thorough. He installed a MyQ garage door opener, made sure the existing door and springs were lubricated and balanced, and helped us make sure we were able to add the opener to our existing account in the app. My daughter and I highly recommend him.

Scotty was our technician. He is very knowledgeable about garage doors openers and installation as well as the maintenance and repairs. The initial job was just to re-install two new garage door openers but I did realize that both of the garage doors needed maintenance. Scotty was able to advise me on what needed to be repaired and replaced and he did a fantastic job. He updates all of the mechanics per code.

Parker did a good job. He explained options and cost , obtained our approval before starting. We replaced-springs, rail and motor. Concerned about belt drive replacing old chain drive for a heavy door. He said the lifetime warranty covers it. We accepted his assurance.
