I was referred to Precision by a neighbor. The service was fantastic. The technician, Paul, showed up ~1h after my first call! Paul was very professional and courteous. He clearly explained the cause of our problems. He replaced two springs, installed two motors, and even corrected errors that previous installers had committed. Paul also called on additional help from another technician, Mike, and they both completed the job within 2h. After installation, Paul was also very patient in going through the set up of the remotes, keypad, and the Liftmaster app. Very impressive and cannot recommend highly enough!

Richard was fantastic! Arrived early into the estimated window, reviewed the broken spring with me, and pointed out several other problematic items like bearings that had locked up. He talked through different options and their costs and explained every aspect fully and answered all our questions. He fixed it fairly quickly and got it working better than before, then walked through all his repairs and pointed out other things to consider for the future to extend the longevity of the garage door.
