We ordered new doors 5 weeks ago with Andy saying it would take 2-4 weeks. Still haven’t heard anything. There’s a slight disconnect on when doors come in and what your reps are telling people.

Also, it looks like in our system that your ordered door is scheduled to be installed 7/30/25 so a bit over a month. Also, we wanted to note that because you ordered custom doors, those do have that time frame, but our team should have communicated that. Hi Ashely, I am very disappointed and frustrated with your service, I feel like got cheated and ripped off. I have Wayne Dalton garage doors which was installed by builder and looks like having issue with torsion springs. Your service guy mentioned these springs cannot be replaced at all and we must completely change everything and quoted around $2,250. I asked him few times to confirm if it is possible to just replace springs, and he said no it cannot be done and only option is to replace everything and that's what we do for everyone. I believed him and paid it. Later found out that Torque master torsion springs can be replaced just for $500. I believe you guys are completely dishonest and unfair, I called your company to diagnose the issue, if you guys don't have the parts to replace or if you don't do maintenance on Wayne Dalton system, you need to mention we don't do it, so that I could have called Wayne Dalton company for service or someone else who can do the job. I could have fixed it for around $500 instead I paid around $2,300. I called your company and told them what happened, and they gave refund of around $800. I certainly appreciate that, but it would be nice if you are fair to customers. Thanks, Ajay

The service was prompt. The technician (Richard) was knowledgable and professional. He diagnosed that our 12 year old opener motor had seized. He offered replacement options and quickly installed the new model that we selected.

I had a really good experience with Precision. Our garage door gave out after about 20 years of use. They were very responsive and came out the next day. Andy Maynard was very easy to work with, knowledgable, professional, and also sensitive to our budget concerns. He diagnosed the problem and walked us through several options, including repair vs replacement, with a no-pressure approach. We decided to replace the door (insulated steel door) and will schedule service as soon as it arrives. He and a colleague were also able to lift the door as my wife and I could not open it, which allowed us to get our second car out. That was a big help! It has been very easy to work with Precision, and it’s been a very good experience so far!

I had precision come give me an estimate on a issue with my garage door. The salesman/repair man came to my house. Very polite and friendly gentleman. He told me that needed a new spring for my garage door and he quoted me $1600 for the repair. Unfortunately I found the price a little high, I called another company and got the repair done for $400.

The people at the company were polite, professional and answered my call promptly and send a staff member to my home the next day. The problem could not be fixed at the time - the garage door opener dates back to the 1990s - but I am scheduling a time for it. Precision Door provided excellent communication throughout the process. Was very happy that Precision Door could have someone out the same day to fix the problem. I was contacted prior to the visit by the technician, Aaron, (who provided a nice profile so that I would recognize him as he came on our property). Aaron reviewed the situation and provided multiple quotes for solutions to the issue. We selected the solution and he installed the new unit. He thoroughly tested the unit, remotes and keypad to insured complete satisfaction of the installation.
