The Technician, Richard, was spectacular and explained everything with the springs and door load along with typical maintenance issues associated with direct drive door openers and where to find parts. My garage door wouldn't open or close this morning. After trying another service provider who said it would be several days before they could come out to take a look at it, I had an appointment for the same day with Precision. Plus 1 - Precision Chris arrived within 2 hours of the initial call for help. He identified the problem within 10 minutes: a faulty motion sensor at the base of the garage opening. He gave me a quote right then to have the sensors (there are two) replaced. We discussed other aspects of my garage door, one of which is the spring which is going on 10+ years, which Chris said is a little beyond the lifespan for this contractor/builder version. No pressure to replace it, but rather, just discussing the fact that it is at end-of-life. Plus 1 - Precision I decided to replace the spring. It is a bit pricey, but they included a discount and no-cost for the sensor(s) replacement. Plus 1 - Precision. Chris completed the work within a hour. Amazing! Plus 1 - Precision

Great response time. I called about 11:30 am and was told between 1 and 5. The technician Evan texted me 15 minutes out and arrived at 1:45 ish and was done in about an hour. He explained all the services he provided and explained the mechanics of the door opener. He even programmed the garage door opener in the car! Extremely happy with a great job, well done Evan.

We have relied upon Precision Garage Door service for our garage door repairs for the past 27 years. They consistently do a top-notch job and that is the reason we choose them. We recently upgraded our vintage LiftMaster unit (27 plus years old) to a newer model, as well as installing a keypad and a Quiet Package for our garage door. Our experience began with Ashley on the phone to schedule a technician to come to our home. Ashley was able to schedule a technician to come the same day which was outstanding! Ryan came by and did an overall assessment of our garage door and recommended 2 options for us to consider. He finished the job in under 2 hours and we love the results! The bottom line is that our garage door noise has been dramatically reduced, we have an outdoor keypad, and the new LiftMaster unit has some really useful features built into it including being able to connect to MyQ app. Ryan also installed a new garage door switch which has a ton of functions on it versus our previous on/off switch. We found Ryan to be very knowledgeable and skilled with garage doors. He also took the time to explain all of the new features/utilities and even helped to program the new system to our car. Since we have lived in Cary, we have called on Precision Garage Doors 3 times and every time they have consistently done an excellent job. In our experience we have found them to be price competitive, professional, and they get the job done right. They are a company that we trust for taking care of our garage door needs. We highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

We have used Precision Garage Door of Holly Springs several times over the years. Service is easy to schedule online.Travis arrived on time, and was very professional. He replaced our original (old) door opener with a new belt drive LiftMaster and adjusted our door without any issues. The new unit is very quiet and operates much smoother than the old one. This was a good experience. A new garage door is a significant investment, but our service person did a great job of presenting options to us and finding something that looks right and fits into our budget. He also was able to temporarily seal our garage interim to the arrival of the new door. I'll have more feedback after the installation crew comes out to install our new door.
