I had a really good experience with Precision. Our garage door gave out after about 20 years of use. They were very responsive and came out the next day. Andy Maynard was very easy to work with, knowledgable, professional, and also sensitive to our budget concerns. He diagnosed the problem and walked us through several options, including repair vs replacement, with a no-pressure approach. We decided to replace the door (insulated steel door) and will schedule service as soon as it arrives. He and a colleague were also able to lift the door as my wife and I could not open it, which allowed us to get our second car out. That was a big help! It has been very easy to work with Precision, and it’s been a very good experience so far!

I had precision come give me an estimate on a issue with my garage door. The salesman/repair man came to my house. Very polite and friendly gentleman. He told me that needed a new spring for my garage door and he quoted me $1600 for the repair. Unfortunately I found the price a little high, I called another company and got the repair done for $400.

The people at the company were polite, professional and answered my call promptly and send a staff member to my home the next day. The problem could not be fixed at the time - the garage door opener dates back to the 1990s - but I am scheduling a time for it. I did not use any advertising - it was a personal recommendation by a relative who had had good results from using Precision.

Precision Door provided excellent communication throughout the process. Was very happy that Precision Door could have someone out the same day to fix the problem. I was contacted prior to the visit by the technician, Aaron, (who provided a nice profile so that I would recognize him as he came on our property). Aaron reviewed the situation and provided multiple quotes for solutions to the issue. We selected the solution and he installed the new unit. He thoroughly tested the unit, remotes and keypad to insured complete satisfaction of the installation. We really appreciate his attention to detail throughout the process and explaining in detail what the solution would be and how it would resolve the issue. Overall, it was an excellent experience and met our expectations.

Great experience! Called Tue afternoon, Tim shows up at 8am the next morning to replace our 27-year-old, dried-out, brittle garage door bottom seal that was missing a 2-foot section that had cracked & broke off, leaving an opening for critters. The old seal didn't cooperate with the extraction, but Tim was able to promptly remove it, then installed a new retaining rail and bottom seal (new seal would not fit in the old retainer), all in less than an hour. We now have a completely sealed the garage door again. Yay, no more mice & snakes in the garage :-).

My technician Richard Sanchez was very professional and identified a safety issue where a supporting brace had pulled away from the wall which could have caused significant damage. The reason for the call was to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door. He inspected the other parts of the door where he found the above issue. He explained the work that was required and completed everything in a timely fashion.

I am very thankful to Scotty for his very professional service on our garage door. I was notified that he was on the way and when to expect him. He is very pleasant and took his time to explain what was broken and needed to be repaired. He presented three different options to choose from and never pressured me to choose any of them. He completed the repairs in the exact time he told me to expect. When he was finished with the repairs he asked me to call back if any problems.
