It was a pleasure to watch a highly skilled professional walk through a step-by-step analysis of the situation and develop a step-by-step plan to make the necessary repairs and adjustments to resolve all the problems. Even more exciting was to realize that every necessary item for each of the many problems was on the truck or in his tool kit. In the old navy this would definitely qualify for a BRAVO - ZULU award.

EXCELLENT HELP AND NOT TALK OVER MY HEAD. DID GOOD JOB OF TRYING TO GET ME TO OK A JOB -further than I called for--will consider as Brandon did good job of explaining, though $1300 is alot. Will call again when in need.
