The lady who scheduled my appointment with the technician early this morning was professional and friendly. Thomas called within the window of time she had given me to say he was enroute. He diagnosed my garage door problem immediately and resolved my minor issue. He answered my questions about maintenance, was courteous, professional, and was all done within approximately 3 hours of my call to the company. I had used Precision Garage Door Service before and will continue to give this company my business, if I ever need to call them again.

It turned out that his assessment of the door indicated some issues beyond a broken tension spring, which he was able to remedy. Devon was very good to deal with. First he diagnosed the problem my garage door was having. Then offered several solutions. He answered all my questions. I decided to have him install a new opener for the garage door. The new opener works great! It's 3/4 HP, belt drive and even has an LED light that lights the entire 2 car garage. It's super quiet. Devon helped hook the opener to my Wi-Fi and now I get notification when the door opens or closes. The unit came with 2 remotes, key pad and wall button. The wall button even tells the time and temperature. Devon is experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful and patient. I HIGHLY recommend Precision Door and Devon!
