Had emergency issue. Spring snapped in half. Reached out online, was offered regular service visit Wednesday AM (this was Monday evening) or emergency visit tonight 8pm - 10pm. Opted for the very reasonable upcharge for the emergency visit. Tech Scotty Johnson was running ahead and asked if he could be here at 7, to which I said of course. Arrived, told me what he was going to repair/replace which I agreed to. Didn't try to upsell additional services, offered higher performing materials than what I had which I accepted. Was done in less than half an hour and I was restored to 100%. Would certainly use Precision again and hope Scotty is my permanent tech.

Yesterday, Richard McCann replaced the motor with a Lift Master on my garage door opener, as well as the many parts on my garage door. He offered several different solutions with different pricings. I chose the highest prices because he stated these choices offer a 7 year warranty. Mr. McCann was very articulate (I’m a retired English teacher) - he explained the three different ways he could “fix” my door and opener in understandable terms. He was super knowledgeable, efficient, professional, skillful; indeed, in my opinion, an expert. He deserves this commendation. Thanks for sending Richard McCann to repair my garage door and replace the opener with many new features.

We had an emergency situation with our garage door not closing. After my husband’s numerous attempts to resolve the issue, he finally decided to contact a professional. He found Precision on his Google search, contacted them and they sent someone out within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in repairing the garage door and even suggested an additional part to reinforce the middle of the door. Even though we didn’t add the addition to our repair bill, he was nice enough to tell us where we could purchase an alternative to provide some support. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Chris, the technician was excellent, kind and patient along with being very efficient. My only complaint is the service charge. Most services I know would waiver the service call if there was major work to be done and Precision doesn’t do that apparently. Felt like they were a bit pricey but, much like everything else these days. Again, Chris was the best part of my experience!

Best money ever spent on my garage! The service guy was amazing when he came out. Very knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, explained what he saw and gave me options on what I wanted to do. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me an appointment that same morning . Alex was able to be at our house within an hour. He was pleasant and nice and took the time to look over everything. He not only explained what the problem was, he took the time to show me exactly what he was talking about to ensure I was not being mislead. We even purchased and installed a new opener while he was here even though the old one probably would of given us a few more years out of it. Alex never pushed anything on us. I appreciate the courtesy and it was a pleasure to have Alex perform our service.

Called because I had a torsion spring snap. I was told $95 for service fee plus $150-300 for a replacement torsion spring. Ended up with a $1600+ invoice. Go somewhere where they are completely up front on costs before any work is started. I do not recommend this business. My family felt completely taken advantage of.

Unfortunately, our 21 year old garage door opener had failed completely and could not be repaired. Scotty was thorough in explaining options and helping me make informed decisions on replacements.
