Greg Gray came out to my residence and quickly saw the issue with my garage door chain. He used screws to hold it down in place and tightened up some other screws that were loose. He answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind.

Highly recommended. We have used them for service and installation on two homes. Scotty Johnson came out the same day we called. Explained the work needed to be done, quoted and installed the job the same day. He went over everything that he did and taught us how to operate the unit that he installed. Thank you for the great service.

Evan was on time and identified an issue I was not aware of. Everything was fixed per the quote and the door is working perfectly. Glad coworkers recommended Precision!

Buy Beware: Precision will overprice you on garage door services that you go to other garage specialists and get it cheaper, trust me I know. Quoted me $1700 for a broken garage door spring and done for $598 from another vendor and they provided the same warranty on the part and more time with the service warranty and I didn’t have to have a “coupon.” Happy New Year!!

A few months ago Scotty was quick to respond to a broken garage door that had fallen completely off the rails at my mother's house. He provided fast and friendly service and had us up and running in no time. Fair prices for a quality repair.

The young man that installed the garage door did an amazing install and very customer friendly. We have an issue with the door not closing on Sunday. We had to keep pressing the closer 3 different times to get it down. We are going to have this fixed, but I did like the installer. Thank you, Cynthia Meekins

Kris Reddick

Beautiful job! John Lefevre was very communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful. The installation went smoothly. 10/10 would recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Ray Zeillmann

Scotty Johnson arrived early; and after giving us a couple of options, we chose one that met our needs. Scotty was able to solve our garage door issue is about 30 minutes on site. I was more than happy with his service.

Thomas Wenzel

Micheal Ottosen was very knowledgeable but not pushy. He explained everything thoroughly and completed the work quickly, then demomstrated everything that was done.

Sharon Richardson

Andy Maynard was awesome. He arrived same day well within the time frame. He was charismatic, trustworthy, and most importantly fast and provided quality work! I will definitely refer others to Precision and hope they are as lucky as we were to have Andy on their side. (He also plays Call of Duty so if I could give him another star for that I would lol)

I booked an appointment on-line. Our garage door “snapped” and fell. Michael Ottosen came on time, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive and was incredibly helpful. The immediate problem was a simple fix, but he helped us decide to replace the doors with more reliable hardware and better insulation. The doors we had were contractor grade, noisy and were near the end of their working life. Great experience. Installation yet to come, but very pleased with everything so far. Definitely recommend.

Brandon Mills from the Morrisville, NC Precision location is such a professional! He came to my home expeditiously prior to the scheduled time because he understood my concern for my safety, our home, and that I had a drastic emergency. My garage door was open with error messages for over eight hours without me knowing until my neighbor alerted me of their concern. Brandon Mills was so reassuring and helped to deescalate my fears such that I was able to, listen to all of his feedback and instructions as he fixed our garage issue. I don't know what I would have done if I did not have Brandon Mills as the technician who came to my house. I really appreciate him and believe that he has a platinum star in my book for his great service, attentiveness, and ability to be understanding for his customers. If anything, I want to ensure that other customers, and the leadership team at Precision know that I want to continue business with your company as our dealer, and I appreciate all that you do to find excellent staff members like Brandon. I urgently request and advocate for Brandon Mills to be recognized for his responsible behavior. Thank you so much for considering this request. Sincerely, Dr Andrew
