The new products came with guarantees that eliminated any concerns I had with the existing loud motor and rackety rails and drooping chain. Scotty completed all the work in the time frame he quoted. He showed up on-time, and was prepared to tackle whatever issues discovered. While servicing our garage door, he explained other preventive work that could be done right then. The installers did a great job removing the original 55-years old garage door and installing the new one. They were in and out in around 2 1/2 hours. They hauled away the old door and hardware, as well as all packaging of the new. The new door improves the aesthetics of the house and will be much more functional than the old manual and non-insulated door.
