My garage door stopped opening while the motor kept trying to lift it. I called Precision and scheduled a service call. Richard McCann was the technician that came to the house next day and right on time. I described the problem to him and he knew exactly what the problem was (broken spring). He provided several different options to complete the repair and was ready to complete the job the same day. Richard was very professional and transparent about what needed to be done and explained the multiple options in great detail. I will highly recommend Richard from Precision for any needs related to garage door issues or new installs. Thank you for great service.

Richard came out to take care or a noise issue and do general maintenance. He replaced the the rollers, lubricated the tracks and calibrated the opener. The door is almost silent now. He also referred me to an online coupon that gave me a substantial discount. Really great technician!

We hit the garage door and I looked them up online and called right away. Someone answered when I called (even on Sunday morning) and I had an appointment for Monday morning scheduled inside of 5 minutes. They arrived on time and gave me quotes for three options before they left. I opted for a complete three door replacement (time to upgrade). During installation our installer, Unique, was very friendly and professional. He pointed out that one of the new panels was damaged, installed it anyway so we had a functioning door, and ordered a replacement without delay or having to “check and get back to me” or waiting for my approval, just did what was best for the customer. I am waiting on the new panel to come in, but I have no doubt they will be equally timely and professional when they perform that replacement.

Tim was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He replaced the sensors, replaced the 10 rollers, did a tuneup, and performed a safety check all in about an hour. He worked quickly on the repair and did a milultipoint safety check. When the work was completed, Ricky explained all the interventions . He was polite and professional.

Repairman was very courteous and efficient. I was told when he would arrive and he appeared on time. The repair was performed on the same day I called for assistance. I was offered alternatives on what repairs could be done - a short term solution and a longer term one which had a year’s warranty. The alternative I chose was quickly performed as all needed parts were on the repairman’s truck. I was very much pleased with the service.

Precision Garage Door Service is fantastic! Our garage door opener died due to some electrical malfunction. I made an appointment with Precision and was able to get a replacement opener installed the same day. Evan, the technician, was both super friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what broke and, after the installation, he walked me through the process of reprogramming all of the remotes and keypad. Whenever we need anymore work done on the garage door, I will absolutely be calling Precision.
