Sunday afternoon one of our garage door springs broke, making this rather heavy door inoperable. Called Precision around 5pm (on a Sunday) had a technician on site in a little over an hour. Richard McCann handled our problem quickly. His vast knowledge and eye for detail is a great asset to Precision. On Thanksgiving Day, a torsion spring broke on our garage door, we contacted the company who installed the garage door 14 years ago; It took three weeks for them to come out to replace the torsion springs. They did not even, do a service check on any other component, although they did say, it was a 14 year old system, things are going to break. We knew the lift was near end of life and we needed a reliable company to come out to service our garage door and its components, and install a new lift. We did a google search and Precision came up as the number 1 garage door company in our area. From the time we made the call to schedule an appointment for service with Precision, we were impressed with their professionalism, politeness and knowledge, and willingness to accommodate our schedule. Enter Justin, he was as polite, knowledgeable, and professional as you could ever wish for. He took time to explain to both my husband and me the options available for replacing the lift and refurbishing the door components. He had all parts available on his truck as was able to complete the job within 3 hours. When he was finished with the installation, he assisted with setting up the MyQ app on my smartphone, along with syncing our vehicles to the new lift. Our experience was exceptional, will definitely refer Precision to anyone needing garage door repair.

The technician (Andy Maynard) was AMAZING. He went above and beyond working with me while I was at work to repair my door. He listen to everything I explained to make sure the repair was completed correctly and to save me money. At first he told me that both springs needed to be replaced $800 and then figured out that the cable/chain jumped the track and only needed adjusted. Thank goodness. Andy was an absolute pleasure to work with.
