Quick response to my request for repair, Tim took less than an hour to be on-site. Once on site he assessed the problem and provided four solutions. Selection made he stated a repair time of an hour. Time of repair was around 45 minutes. All items needed for the repair were on the truck. Total time from arrival to departure was 1.25 hours. Very satisfied.

He then explained what I could do for a long term solution and the cost of each! He used a coupon and gave me a discount, senior citizen. The work was completed in about one hour to my satisfaction! We called Monday morning for service as our garage door wasn’t opening and 1hr later Precision Door arrived, employee Scotty Johnson pointed out the door in fact worked great and showed us what we accidentally did wrong (pulled the chord disengaging the mechanism). He took us through what we needed to do, provided maintenance while he was here. This has been a great garage door for us for many years now, glad we used Precision Door

We have enjoyed our Precision-installed garage door since 2017. It continues to work as well as the day we bought it. Unfortunately, the key pad has not fared as well and succumbed to the corrosive effects of NC weather! Precision sent Timothy M. to our rescue the day after I called. He was efficient, friendly, and patient as he repaired the pad and inspected the door. Great service!
