When I found my garage was door broken, I was confident the whole thing would need to be replaced and it would be a 2 day+ job. Andy came out the same day I called Precision Garage Door for help and was able to fix everything in an hour. All their technicians carry the parts in their trucks to fix things on the spot, so your door doesn't sit broken for days or weeks. Andy also took the time to walk me through all the repairs and explain what needed to be replaced and why. Overall, great experience and would highly highly recommend.

I would give zero if I could. Quoted $1995 to replace springs and other components. When I asked to just replace springs he said the parts alone would be $1000. So having just replaced springs in our other house for $200 I said we would investigate before going forward Called Wayne Dalton who quoted $560 for upgraded springs with 5 year warranty. The moral of this story is run from Precision.

I would 100% recommend using Precision. In this day and age when customer service seems to be lacking. Other companies should mimic what Precision does and it would lead to a good deal more business and fully satisfied customers.

I would not recommend using this company. I found their pricing to be exorbitant to other competitors for a spring change. Additionally the tech left a mess in my garage and chipped in to the drywall. He made no effort to clean up or repair the damage to the wall. For paying well over a thousand dollars, I would have expected better service. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours to repair our garage. If you are looking for immediate service, they can be helpful but be prepared to pay a premium

Quick response to my request for repair, Tim took less than an hour to be on-site. Once on site he assessed the problem and provided four solutions. Selection made he stated a repair time of an hour. Time of repair was around 45 minutes. All items needed for the repair were on the truck. Total time from arrival to departure was 1.25 hours. Very satisfied.
