I contacted Precision Door when my garage door spring broke. After trying to DIY fix it, I called for quote to fix/replace. The phone was answered by a person and an appointment was made for the next day. Representative (John) showed up as promised, explained the failures related to the door and assembly (30 years old mind you), and all aspects of the estimate to replace the door and opener, and verified that the selected door was in stock. Door will be replaced within 2 days of quote. I called Precision as they have a good reputation, are responsive and insured.

None of my garage door codes would work. Called Precision Garage and Scotty arrived the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. The garage motor printed circuit board was bad. Scotty installed a new motor head containing the circuit board and I was good to go. In addition he also made sure MyQ remote system worked. I recommend Precision.

Service technician, Richard McCann came to our home on 7/11/24 to replace the Belt Rail on our opener. He called before he arrived and advised that he would be at our home in 10 or 15 minutes and he was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem efficiently along with checking other issues (spring tension, etc.) . The thing that I especially liked is that he spoke so kindly about his company and how well they had treated him. I really liked this type of comment as I think it is unfortunately atypical of a lot of people in the workforce today. Good job Precision Garage Door !

Alex arrived early (after calling to make sure that was ok) and quickly assessed our needs. He ended up also doing a full renovation of the springs and rollers to enhance the performance and lifetime of the new opener. The garage was cleaner than when he arrived at the end of the process and he made sure I had fully set up all the peripheral devices and network connections. I could not have been more pleased with the results.
