My garage door wouldn’t open. I called the company Friday night, they arrived promptly 8 am Saturday morning .Richard McCann was absolutely wonderful. No pressure- analyzed my issue- gave me several options- and straight forward advise on how to proceed. He did quick efficient work and explained how to use all my new equipment thoroughly. Can’t say enough positive things about this young man, SO REFRESHING to have this kind of service. He is a True asset to this company!! Overall extremely pleased with my experience- will definitely recommend to others 100%

I called early in the morning about spring and cables snapped and car stuck in garage. They were able to get a tech out, Scotty Johnson between 12-4pm, however Scotty cam at 10:30am, 30 min repair checked everything and made it perfect. What amazing service all the way from call representatives to tech Scotty. Great service, product, and team

Precision Door was amazing when we needed our garage door fixed after it lost all support and broke from the motorized arm yesterday. They were responsive, thorough, and professional, AND answered our inquiry, scheduled service, examined the issue, provided options for repair and long-term functionality, and implemented the solution, all with 24 hours of our initial call to them. Our technician, Paul, was phenomenal...he was strategic in his approach to correcting the issues, analyzing the whole picture not just one part (which would surely lead to more issues in the future). He also took the time to walk me through everything and test out the new mechanism to ensure it met my standards. THANK YOU Paul and Precision Door for such a seamless repair!!!

Called Precision after review of company’s found on line. Originally called previous service provider but the calls were never answered. Andy reviewed the current issue and considering the 17 year age of our system reviewed all operational points of the system and then provided estimates for what was found.
