I schedule an appointment to have my garage door opener replaced online Sunday night. Got the appointment for the next day - Monday. Filled out what I was needing in a new opener. Evan Kopel the technician showed up on time and had all the necessary parts and tools to do the job. He was very professional and efficient, taking time to explain the operation of the new opener and wifi connection. Evan even programed our cars to operate the door. We are very pleased with the whole experience and the great job by Evan.

Aaron was great! He replaced the springs and cables on one of my garage doors. He was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Not sure if the price I paid was reasonable or not. I know it was expensive, as everything seems to be these days.

I've used Precision for all of my garage door and opener needs for many many years. In this particular event one of my garage door springs broke when operating and jammed closed leaving one of our cars locked in the garage. What I liked most is that I called about 1pm and they had the technician (Devon) out to our house within just two hours. What I liked second most is that there was a lot of damage to the mechanism and many parts damaged and that the technician had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck. What I liked next is the technician worked solid for about 3-4 hours and stayed and completed the repair by about 6pm, in spite of 100 degree temperatures and made sure everything was working 100%. Page came on out did a site visit and inspected our very sketchy garage door on our shop... really solid guy. The Door needed to be ordered since the existing opening wasn't a "standard" opening. After about 5 weeks the custom door arrived and two very professional young men (Jonathan and Caleb) did the installation. Jonathan and I spoke about my requirements regarding routing of control wire, recycled materials, location of equipment, etc. They did a perfect job, I would recommend Precision Door to anyone looking that values; Customer Service, time, and performance. While I had done my research they weren't the lowest cost, but I don't just base my decision solely on cost... I'm glad that I chose Precision Door.

I have used Precision several times before and have always been satisfied. I called Sunday to set up a time for someone to come out. I was told Monday between 10-2. I called back Monday at 2:10 and was told I wasn't on the schedule. I think the girl working Sunday forgot to put it in the schedule, she repeated address, phone number , email and time. I waited all that time when I had other things I could have done. Aaron was fantastic and very polite. If needed I will use Precision again.
