Our door spring was broken and our cars were stuck inside the garage. We had used Precision before so I called them just after 7am this morning. I gave my details to the person who answered my call and a technician was at our house a little over an hour later. By 9:30am our door was repaired and working again with a five year warranty on the parts replaced. Fantastic service and special thanks to Parker.

We have used Precision for a number of years. We had an issue in getting the door to close. Greg was our mechanic and he was wonderful. He helped us work out the problem. We decided to get a new remote keypad as well which he installed. He did a great job.

Precision Garage Door Service was everything their name says. Our technician Greg was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explain what was wrong with my opener. Greg gave me options and didn’t push me into one that made me uncomfortable. He was patient throughout this experience. Now I have an opener that works great. Also I have peace of mind that the work was done right

Scotty did an outstanding job installing 2 new Lift Master Systems. He also programmed each of our cars and helped us set up the MyQ app on our phone. He fully explained how to work the new system and he was a pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend Scotty for any garage opener related needs.

I had a problem with my garage door and could not get my car out of the garage. I called Precision because they serviced the Raleigh area. Greg came to my house on a Saturday night and fixed my garage door before he left. Greg explained what he was going to do. Very professional and knowledgeable. I am a previous customer and have been very satisfied with the service. The technician was very friendly and answered all of my questions.
