Excellent customer and technical service. Appointment was quickly scheduled and the technician, Scott Johnson arrived promptly after notifying me that he was on his way. He did an inspection and explained a problem he found involving the belt drive. Upon receiving the go ahead, he replaced the worn belt in about 30 minutes. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great service all around! I have been using Precision Garage Door since 2012 and have always been impressed by their technicians professionalism and knowledge. Today I had to replace my old opener with a new one. No pressure or up sell, Ricky was up front and told me if I wanted to just see if he could just make some adjustments on the old (20 year) unit I was free to do so. I decided best to go with a new unit today and not be concerned about how much longer the opener would last. 5 stars for today's outstanding installation and service.

Andy came out to a property I have. He was knowledgeable and cordial over the phone. Explained the issue to me and the tenant. He went ahead and fixed the main issue quickly and then serviced the system which made a huge difference in the amount of noise it no longer makes. Thank you

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. I called them early in the morning after discovering my garage door spring had broken right as I was heading out for work—definitely not ideal timing. The technician was polite, professional, and very informative. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and walked me through the repair process in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. At no point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of, which can sometimes be a concern with unexpected repairs. Overall, the service was fast, honest, and high-quality. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone dealing with garage door issues.

Precision Garage Door was professional, efficient, and courteous in all aspects, from scheduling to service. The garage door technician, Aaron, did a masterful job, replacing the damaged spring, brackets, and rollers of my worn out garage door. From inspection, to quote, to finished product, it took less than two hours. Best of all, I no longer have to worry about a garage door not opening and closing; now it works like a charm.

The service call today was to perform routine maintenance and to make a minor adjustment to the closing position. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that a technician was available today! The technician sent a text message that he was enroute. I had requested the tuneup service that included replacing the door rollers but upon examination of the door and rollers the technician advised there was no need to replace the existing, high quality, rollers. The technician completed lubricating, an inspection, and adjusting the closing position. The service call was completed in less than an hour. All contacts with Precision personnel were pleasant and responsive.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke, trapping my wife's car. Called Precision late in the afternoon and they came out in less than 24 hours. Lucas did a great job explaining what needed to be done and he made the repairs quickly to get our garage door working flawlessly. Aaron provided quick and quality service. My garage door has had no issues for 17 years which is astonishing but it stopped working a few days ago. Aaron explained what needed to be done and explained why. It needed rollers, springs, safety cables and pulley cables. He is very professional and finished in a timely manner.

Maintaining our garage doors through Precision has been a positive experience. Precision installed the garage door system with the previous owners, and it has been a great continuing relationship. Our model is one that they are phasing out as replacement parts are too expensive and difficult to obtain. All considered, they work hard to maintain our system so we don't have to do a full update.
