I could not get out of my garage and Precision responded very quickly to replace springs, and also for a follow-up visit to check balance. Scotty was extremely knowledgeable. He and his partner were very professional and courteous, and I will call them again if needed.

Justin, showed up on time. Did a detailed description of what needed to be done. Plus gave us other options to discuss. Since the opener was over 16 years old, instead of putting a band aid on it we decided to completely replace it. We could not be happier. Justin made this work and decision seamless. I would 100% recommend using Precision. In this day and age when customer service seems to be lacking. Other companies should mimic what Precision does and it would lead to a good deal more business and fully satisfied customers.

I would not recommend using this company. I found their pricing to be exorbitant to other competitors for a spring change. Additionally the tech left a mess in my garage and chipped in to the drywall. He made no effort to clean up or repair the damage to the wall. For paying well over a thousand dollars, I would have expected better service. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours to repair our garage. If you are looking for immediate service, they can be helpful but be prepared to pay a premium

I called first thing in morning after door broke the previous night. I was told someone would show up between 10 and 2. A little after 10 the technician Michael Ottosen called and stated he would be there shortly, which he did. Michael was thorough in diagnosing the issues and providing possible resolution options. Michael then did a superb job implementing the repairs. Very pleased with everything and highly recommend.
