I would not recommend using this company. I found their pricing to be exorbitant to other competitors for a spring change. Additionally the tech left a mess in my garage and chipped in to the drywall. He made no effort to clean up or repair the damage to the wall. For paying well over a thousand dollars, I would have expected better service. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours to repair our garage. If you are looking for immediate service, they can be helpful but be prepared to pay a premium

I called first thing in morning after door broke the previous night. I was told someone would show up between 10 and 2. A little after 10 the technician Michael Ottosen called and stated he would be there shortly, which he did. Michael was thorough in diagnosing the issues and providing possible resolution options. Michael then did a superb job implementing the repairs. Very pleased with everything and highly recommend.

I needed a garage door opener for a garage door on a barn built in 1972. Scotty Johnson was the technician I worked with. He had his work cut out for him because so much of the barn/ door had to be retrofitted to even accommodate a door opener. Scotty handled it with full confidence. He evaluated the situation and said “this this this and needs to be done. I can do it”. I took his word and he proved himself right. Very pleased with his work. He also said that he would back up his work if ever I needed. I did have to call him back out to adjust the door a few days after install, but he fixed it within hours.
