I read most of your reviews! There were so many great comments! Richard, my technician explain the cheapest way I could correct my problem, for a short period of time. He then explained what I could do for a long term solution and the cost of each! He used a coupon and gave me a discount, senior citizen. The work was completed in about one hour to my satisfaction! He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with!

Michael Ottosen was early for the appointment which is fantastic! He then explained the issue which was much worse than we imagined but he did so in a manner that allowed us to understand the issue and then purchase a new door. Michael did a great job of working with the group of people involved as it was a Realtor (me), the seller, the sellers Realtor and buyer.
